OBJECT: Brief description of Type and Quantity of the machines in (Offer, Order or Order Confirmation) with the reporting of any attached technical document.
As for the object described to be supplied under the following conditions:
-
PRICE = EuroXXXXXX.XX (ex work, fob, etc.) in which:
_the amount of the price will be relative to the Type & Quantity of the supply and
_the supply method (according to WTO) will be related to the supply agreements;

DELIVERY: within 1-5 months from the date of advance payment. The number of months for delivery is variable based on the type & Quantity of machines to be supplied;
-
PACKAGING COSTS are included in the price for road transport and are usually paid by the buyer fo transport by ship;
-
TRANSPORT COSTS (truck, train, ship) are normally paid by the buyer;
-
INSTALLATION & TRAINING of machinery at the place of destination are included in the price and are coordinated from our Technical staff during a certain number of working days. The number Working Days will be commensurated to Type & Quantity of machine to be installed and trained;

Travel & Accommodation Expenses of the installer are to be paid by the buyer ;
-
Banking, Customs and Insurance EXPENSES (if any) are to be paid by the buyer;

PAYMENT: normally spread over two stages:
8.1. Advance Payment = 20-40% of the Price (as agreed), to be paid by bank transfer on the order date;
8.2. Payment balance normally to be paid by Documentary Credit (L / C) at the delivery of the supply upon presentation of documents certifying successful delivery. The bank documentary credit (L/C) must be issued at the same order-date ;

ATTACHED DOCUMENTATION:
9.1. Declaration of Conformity to the EC Machinery Directive;
9.2. Use and Maintenance Manual (CE) relating to the machinery supplied (in Italian, English or French ,at the purchaser's choice);
-
WARRANTY on the supply during a period of one calendar year, starting from installation date, against the defective parts, with the exclusion of normal wear parts.
