The Technical Assistance Service consists of technical trained personnel available during the 24 hours daily.

The Service may consist of Mechanical, Electronic and Use-machine matters

 Any of this matter relates to certain technical personel able to provide first telephone aid in Italien, English, etc.

In particular and with regard to assistance in the Software and its use or Customization, the Picenumeccanica machines are equipped with a special program that allows us to intervene via Internet.

This feature is advantageous for the customer who  receives the service in a very short time and is not loded of expenses for a technical Intervention on the spot.
